FAQ

I'm sure you have a couple of questions for me,  about the App and what we offer. Here are a lot of the more common questions we get and if you have any more please don't hesitate to reach out and ask.

I'm new to fitness, can I still sign up?

Absolutely! The programs we offer suitable for people of all levels of fitness. There are modifications to make the workout easier or harder, and in some cases completely different exercises.

How will this help me improve?

The golf tutorials are structured and easy to follow and we go through the whole game from the full swing all the way through to putting. The fitness programs are all goal specific and we even match up workout routines based on your swing characteristics, so we can get as specific as possible.

My biggest problem is motivation. How are you able to motivate me through an app?

Every member will have a regular check-in with me where you will have specific questions to answer so I can understand you your journey is going and I will give you personal feedback to help. As well as we have weekly live coaching and Q&A's that you can come and go as you wish so we have that face to face contact. Plus we have a great community page on the app to encourage and push you to be better. 

I'm don't go to the gym.. is there something for me?

Yes! The workouts have options and progressions for both, people who want to train at home or the gym. As well as modifications for those who have a little equipment or no equipment to work with.

Why should I join?

If you are someone who wants to improve their golf and/or fitness as well as overall health. If you want a coach who genuinely cares about your journey and you reaching your goals but more so cares about you. You wont only see improvement and achieve your goals but you will have me there to push you along the way, celebrate the wins and be there for you through the challenges! I coach more than just golf. I take the holistic approach that if we can improve your golf, improve you fitness, improve your thinking that it will improve your overall health and wellbeing.. which at the end of the day is what we all want.. to be happy.  

I've very keen on the golf but not sure about the fitness yet. Will I still improve?

You wouldn't be the first to join for the golf only. You will still get access to everything and there is certainly enough golf tutorials and programs for you to see big improvement!
